Ingredients Serves 4

1/4 kilo sliced beef steak
1/2 bottle of BonPussy Sentsi Sauce
1 Tbl spoon natural yogurt
1 Large Potato diced
1 carrot diced
1 Large chopped tomato
1 large onion chopped 1 clove of garlic 1/2 a lime 1 Scallion chopped 1/2 cup of peas A little veg oil for frying. Salt & Pepper for seasoning 1/2 cup of water


In a bowl mix the yogurt and sliced beef together with the juice of 1/2 a lime. Season with salt & pepper and set aside for at least 1 hour or better still overnight to allow the yogurt to tenderize the beef.

In a large pot gently fry the chopped onion and garlic until softened (season). Add the beef to the pan, stir through and continue frying. Add the potatoes, carrots and tomatoes to the pan and stir through. Add 1/2 bottle of BonPussy Sentsi Sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Bring the to the boil and turn down the heat. Put a lid on the pan and simmer gently for 2 hrs. Add the peas at the end and allow them to cook in the heat of the dish.

Serve on a bed of rice with a fresh green salad sprinkled with scallions and BonPussy Coconut Ting
