Here's a simple dish for all you fish lovers out there.

Saute Chilli Cod

Ingredients serves 2

2 fillets of Cod

1 Bottle of BonPussy Chilli Sauce Original or Green Pepper with Lime.

butter for sauteing

salt and pepper for seasoning cooked rice to serve salad greens and a sprinkle of chives


Prepare your fish for cooking and splash with your choice of Sauce marinate for 20 minutes. Saute in butter on a moderate heat until cooked through and the fish is golden in colour. Season to your taste with salt and pepper. Serve with rice, salad and a sprinkle of chive over the top. Bon app├ętit....
